CHOOSING A PROGRAM
We believe that the first step to a successful summer experience is making a well-informed decision. Global Works programs offer a wide variety of destinations, activities, service projects, and language learning options.
Contact Us: We are available by phone (1.814.867.7000)! We encourage parents and/or participants to contact our office early in your decision-making process to help determine which program is best suited to your goals and determine the availability of any specific program(s). We can also schedule an informational presentation to allow you the opportunity to meet with our staff, view a program slide show, discuss any questions you may have, and gain a clearer expectation about the summer ahead.
ENROLLMENT STEPS
Application for Enrollment: To secure a space and enroll on a Global Works Summer Service Adventure Program, you may
enroll online or
download an application. We accept credit cards for the deposit, but we prefer that a check be mailed for the tuition balance, when due.
Enrollment process: Once your completed application has been received and we have established an open space on one of your preferred programs, you will be contacted via mail. Your mailing will include verification of your program status and an airline reservation form. Feel free to call us to confirm your position as well. We encourage communication with our staff here in the home office. We are happy to help you with any questions you might have.
Enrollment Packet: Your enrollment packet will arrive after your application has been processed. Please allow approximately one to two weeks for this mailing. It will include all the forms necessary for your program and a checklist/timeline to help you complete them. For your convenience, the majority of these forms will be available to download at any time.
Pre Trip Mailing: A final mailing will arrive in early June. This mailing will include your t-shirt to be worn on opening day, a copy of your e-ticket, final airport procedures, in-country contact information, and any additional last minute reminders!
