Learn Spanish in Argentina Through a Language Immersion Service Adventure!

Welcome to Global Works Argentina language Immersion program where you will experience an adventure that will take you through the buzz of Buenos Aires to a homestay community in the Misiones Province to the vast waterfalls of Iguazú and then into the amazing Andes to revel in a land exploding with music, dance, art, and adventure!  Have you always wanted to go to Argentina, immerse yourself in the culture, learn the language, and help the local community all while discovering something about yourself in the process? Our language immersion program participants gain confidence in the language through cultural immersion, focusing on a communicative approach to language learning with no classrooms.  Join us for an incredible journey of immersion and adventure through the spectacular and scenic country of Argentina!

Service Projects

  • Work with a community theatre in Buenos Aires
  • Construct a garden with an Argentinean youth group
  • Teach English in an elementary school
  • Help paint a school classroom

Language Immersion

  • Receive language lessons facilitated by leaders during the homestay
  • Learn Spanish through music and dance
  • Interact in Spanish with Argentinean students
  • Live with a host family

Adventure and Cultural Activities

  • Explore the cosmopolitan city of Buenos Aires
  • Dance the tango at a Buenos Aires dance hall
  • Take a boat ride up to the world famous Iguazú Falls
  • Ski or snowboard in the Andes Mountains
