What’s your favorite part about leading trips?
My favorite part is interacting with students from different states and experiencing a trip in a different culture with a group! I love the balance of working really hard during the service projects and then relaxing with beautiful views.

What’s something you can’t live without while you are traveling?
I cannot live without my hair ties!

Where is your favorite place you have traveled to?
Mexico! I visited for the first time last year and it was great to spend time with my extended family.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I’ve recently started painting. I also like to spend time with friends outdoors.

What languages do you speak?
English and Spanish

If you had to give one piece of advice or words of encouragement to someone on their first travel experience, what would it be?
“Be brave, take risk, nothing can substitute experience.”
