Financial Information
Deposit & Enrollment
Enrollment requires a completed application and a $700 deposit plus a $95 application fee. Tuition balance is typically invoiced around January 31, 2027. For students who enroll after January 31st, the tuition due date is indicated on the invoice email. Payment plans are available! Read more on our Terms & Conditions.
Note: All credit card transactions are subject to an additional 2% processing fee.
Discounts
How do I apply my discount? Register online for your first choice Teen Summer Trip, enter your discount code (if applicable), and we will apply the discount to your balance. You may also switch to a different available program without penalty.
Early Season Enrollment — Through August 31, 2026
$500 New Enrollment Discount: New participants who enroll in a 2027 Teen Summer Trip by August 31, 2026 receive $500 off tuition.
Risk-Free Enrollment: The $700 enrollment deposit is fully refundable through December 31, 2026.
2027 Program Discounts
Alumni Discount
Global Works alumni who enroll in a 2027 Teen Summer Trip by August 31, 2026 will receive 20% off tuition.
Sibling Discount
A 5% tuition discount is offered for any siblings traveling in the same year. When you enroll, just mention the ‘Sibling Discount’ and we will apply the discount to the final tuition balance.
Educator Discount
A 10% tuition discount is offered to participants whose parents/guardians are teachers. In order to receive this discount, you must provide proof of full-time status and current employment at a school as a primary or secondary educator (i.e. pay stub, link to website with your bio).
Additional Information
- Discounts apply to eligible Teen Summer Trip (TST) programs. These are not applicable for our School Group Travel (SGT) programs unless otherwise indicated.
- Discounts cannot be combined. When more than one discount applies, families will be awarded the best available option.
- You may change your program and/or departure date through December 31, 2026 without penalty (pending program availability).
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for the cancellation policy after December 31, 2026 and insurance options.
- Discounts apply to tuition prices only. Airfare, insurance options and other fees do not qualify for discounts.
Payment Plans
Global Works offers interest-free payment plan options upon request:
- Three-Month Payment Plan: Choose this option upon enrollment. Pay in three equal installments over three months, to be paid off by the trip date. Checks and credit cards accepted.
- Extended Payment Plan: To pay in more than three payments, a signed agreement is required. Automatic debit/credit card or check payment required. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to set up an extended payment plan for your program.
Scholarships
Global Works partners with multiple scholarship organizations to provide programming opportunities for a more diverse student population. Learn more.
Insurance
A travel medical package, including emergency medical insurance and evacuation, is required for each Global Works participant. You may choose to purchase this required coverage, the Travel Medical Package, through our partner, battleface, or from another provider of your choice. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel cancellation and interruption insurance for their upcoming program. While we strive to provide safe and seamless travel experiences, unexpected events—such as flight cancellations and delays, lost luggage, or medical or family emergencies—can happen. With battleface, you have the flexibility to fully customize a travel protection plan that best suits your needs. You can select any combination of coverages to fit your unique situation, giving you peace of mind as you prepare for your child’s upcoming adventure.
