Group Flight Portal

Overview

Global Works has a chaperoned group flight for all Teen Summer Trip participants on international programs. Please find your program below to review dates, schedules, and flight cost.

Upon enrollment on your program, you have the option to reserve a seat on the group flight via the Travel Reservation Form on your login page.

The group flight cost is not included in the program tuition. Upon confirmation of your reservation, the cost will be included on your statement. Students are not required to travel on the group flights and have the option to book on their own. 

To guarantee a seat on the group flight, reservations must be received by March 1st. *After March 1st, seats and pricing are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Puerto Rico programs do not have a group fight. Families are welcome to book flights on their own, however we do have recommended travel windows. Once enrolled, your account will include specific Puerto Rico flight and travel day instructions.
