Complete a trip planner to receive an itinerary and price quote right now on a service travel program for your school or organization. You control the destination, length, dates, and educational framework of your student travel program. A Global Works trip manager will respond quickly with a program proposal and pricing.
STEP 2- TAKE ADVANTAGE OF GLOBAL WORKS RESOURCES
Global Works will send you a TRIP KIT to provide you with helpful resources to promote your international or domestic teacher led trip and host an interest meeting. Materials include customized posters, itineraries, and a slideshow to get people excited. Travelers will set up a personalized LOGIN PAGE where they will access the application, itinerary, packing lists, passport and visa information, flight details, forms, and more. We work with a local travel agent to book GROUP AIRFARE that allow as much flexibility and competitive pricing as possible.
STEP 3- ENJOY COMPLETE TRIP SUPPORT
A full time Global Works guide will support your group 24/7 throughout your trip and take care of logistics and reservations. Student traveler families will enjoy receiving periodic TRIP JOURNAL updates with posts and photos from the students themselves on their service-learning adventure.
STEP 4- RECEIVE POST-TRIP CERTIFICATIONS AND PHOTOS.
Participants each receive a Community Service Certificate outlining their service hours and impactful service projects. Global Works will also issue a group COMMUNITY SERVICE CERTIFICATE crediting participants with community service hours. Program photos will be made available for participants to download and share from their international travel program.
