Enrollment Instructions
- Go to our APPLICATION or click ‘Enroll’ in the upper right corner anywhere on our website. A parent or guardian should begin the student application by setting up an account with an email and password.
- Follow the prompts; choose the year 2025, then the school name and destination country can be selected from a drop down menu.
- When prompted about deposit, click ‘Continue’ to bypass
- Proceed to the end to read and sign the Enrollment Agreement
Application Due Date: September 1, 2025
*NOTE: You will receive a detailed day-to-day itinerary in a Final Trip Details packet approximately four (4) weeks from your travel day via email. The order of activities and program offerings in the proposed itinerary, linked here, is subject to change.

UA 688, depart Washington Dulles (IAD) 5:10pm, arrive Boston (BOS) 6:48pm
Where to Meet & When to Arrive: Confirm this with your Group Chaperones. Global Works recommends meeting at the airline’s Group Check-In Counter at least 3 hours prior to the flight departure.
Group Flight E-Ticket: Participants will receive their E- ticket via email approx. 3 weeks prior to the trip start date.
Baggage Fees: Participants are responsible for all baggage fees! Please check with your airline to determine if baggage fees apply and if there are size and weight requirements. If you have these fees upon departure, please be sure to plan for these same fees on the return flight.
