Manon’s passion for cross-cultural understanding has taken her to 44 countries across six continents and 42 US states, and she has spent the past 14 years living, studying, and working in England, Germany, Spain, and the USA. She holds a Master’s degree in Peace, Conflict and Development from the Universitat Jaume I in Spain and a Bachelor’s degree in Languages (English and Spanish) from the Université de Bourgogne in France and the University of Exeter in the UK, where she spent a year through the Erasmus program. During her university years, she spent her summers leading groups of French high school students on educational trips to England, Spain, and the US and working as an au pair. She later volunteered with The Worldview Project in San Diego, promoting cross-cultural awareness in the local community. She is an avid outdoor explorer who enjoys hiking, horseback riding, paddle sports, and wildlife photography—she even rafted the Grand Canyon for her 30th birthday! Manon feels a deep sense of fulfillment helping students step out of their comfort zones, immerse themselves in new cultures, and practice their language skills, just as she did as a student years ago. Currently based in France, she spends her free time planning new adventures, exploring trails, and enjoying moments with friends and family. She can’t wait to inspire Global Works students to be curious, embrace new experiences, and discover the transformative power of travel!
