Our community and educational projects may include: working in the preschool, teaching English, preparing meals, gardening, building greenhouses, and making candles to sell at community fundraisers. We take some time to visit the beautiful Alhambra, called “paradise on earth” by the rulers who lived at this palace in the 13th century. Put on your dancing shoes for a flamenco lesson to soak in the Andalusian culture!

DAY 8: CORDOBA

Our travels culminate in Cordoba, where we take a day trip to tour and visit the Great Mosque, known as the Mezquita. We explore this astoundingly beautiful structure which represents the confluence of Arabic, Christian, and Jewish cultures in the region.
