Financial Information

What type of payment is accepted for Summer Service Adventures?

For deposit payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks for deposit payments. The deposit is $700 plus a $95 applications fee for Summer Service Adventure programs.

For tuition balance and all other payments, we accept US personal checks and money orders in dollars. (Note that we accept credit cards for the initial deposit only and prefer checks for all other payments.) Checks and money orders should be sent to:

Global Works

1365 Forest Park Circle, Ste. #201

Lafayette, CO 80026

When is payment due?

The initial payment of $795 is due upon enrollment. The deposit is fully refundable until January 15th  and non-refundable thereafter.

The tuition balance payment is due by April 1. After April 1, the tuition balance payment is due one (1) week from enrollment.

Can I pay in monthly installments?

Students who enroll before March 1st, may choose to pay over three (3) equal monthly installments.

What if I need longer to make payments?

Individual payment plans are possible. Payment must be made in full by December of the program year and a written agreement is required. Contact Global Works for more information about individual payment plans.

What if I need to cancel my Summer Service Adventure program? Can I get a refund?

The deposit is fully refundable until January 15th. After January 15th, refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Global Works. Cancellations must be submitted in writing; the date such notification is received by Global Works is the cancellation date. Global Works strongly recommends purchase of Program Interruption and Cancellation Plan, an optional tuition protection plan for unforeseen medical conditions or family emergencies occurring after time of enrollment. Coverage of this plan entitles you to a tuition refund less the $795 deposit and application fee. Please note that airfare is not considered part of the tuition, cannot be refunded, and is not covered by the Program Cancellation and Interruption Protection Plan. We will work with airlines to provide a future travel credit, whenever possible.

For COVID-19 flexible refund information, we recommend you review our Terms and Conditions and FAQ.
