Outside of leading trips, Emma has three jobs, working for a program called Step Up, a non-profit that works with under-served youth as advocates in their school using a wrap-around approach, making relationships with their families and teachers to best support them. Emma also works for Wonderfolk, which is a partner organization with Global Works that has a fellowship program for high school students from under-served backgrounds.
